My wife, Monica and I have been serving our Lord full-time since 1998.  I earned my undergraduate degree from The Baptist College of Florida, masters from Luther Rice University and doctorate from Southwest Bible College and Seminary.  We have been serving in Chatom since March, 2012.  Our goal is simple, to make and mature believers for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Bailey Hill

Worship Pastor

My wife, Jordan and I are so excited to serve on staff here @ Chatom Baptist Church! I have been serving here since 2016, and Jordan joined alongside me in December of 2021. We have a beautiful little girl named Ellington Parker "Ellie" who was born in November of 2022. I hold a Bachelors Degree AND Masters Degree both from William Carey University in Church music. I am very excited to serve this church and work with our worship team!  He is faithful and He is moving!

Brett Green

Student and College Pastor

Heather, and I, are so excited to be able to make a Kingdom impact here in Chatom, AL. I (Brett) have a Bachelors of Science in Theology/Psychology from the University of Mobile. Our hearts are to see students and people come to know Jesus as their Savior. We love to create unique ways for students to have a vibrant and exciting atmosphere to come and know Jesus more. We believe our role is to help guide students to know God and make Him known.

Heather Dantzler

Children's Ministry Director

I am so excited to be taking on the position of Children’s Ministry Director! I have always had a love for working with kids and a love for serving Jesus! I am married to Brian and we have two kids, Hayden and Halle, and two dogs, Rhett and Rolo. My goal is to make sure these kids are constantly loved on and taught the Gospel of Jesus above all else!

Karen Sansing

Administrative Assistant

Karen joined our staff in January of 2019 as Administrative Assistant. She is originally from Chatom. She has been married to her husband Glenn Sansing for almost 23 years. Karen has 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She is also secretary for Hope Outdoors, which is a Special Needs Outdoors ministry formed in 2005. Karen enjoys anything outdoors – hunting, fishing, etc.. She also enjoys spending time with family.
